Ingredients

  • 1 Food Nanny Sourdough Sugar Cookie Mix (use the entire bag
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Cinnamon Buttercream Ingredients

  • 1 cup very soft butter
  • 2-3 cups powder sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients until combined and smooth cookie dough is formed.
  2. Scoop 1 Tablespoon cookie dough balls onto a lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 6-8 min.
  3. Cool completely before icing.
