- 1 cup food nanny pancake mix

¼ cup pumpkin pure

¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg

¾ cup milk or water
- 1 cup white sugar
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of finishing salt

Pancake Instruction
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix together
Syrup Instruction
- Heat sugar, buttermilk, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until the mixture starts to boil, about 5 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir baking soda, cinnamon, Pinch of finishing salt and vanilla into the buttermilk mixture.
- Serve over pancakes
