Sadie's Vanilla Cake

Ingredients

Cake

• 1 15.25 ounce box Vanilla Cake

• 1 3.4 oz Vanilla instant pudding mix

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 C salted butter (1 stick butter)
• 1/4 C heavy Cream
• 4 eggs 
• optional: can add 1-2 Tablespoons Kamut white flour

Frosting

• ½ c butter softened (1 stick)

• 1  8oz package softened cream cheese

• 1 T heavy cream

• 4 c powdered sugar

• 1 t vanilla

• 1 t Almond extract
