                      Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 
½ cup sugar 
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 
1 Tbsp Plus ½ Tbsp of cinnamon 
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp Yeast
- 3 eggs
- 
¾ cup warm milk 
- 
¼ tsp French gray salt 
- 
¾ cup flour 
- 
¾ cup powdered sugar 
- 
½ cup (1 stick) Butter 
- 
1 Tbsp Vanilla

Directions
- Combine Dough ingredients in mixer with kneading attachment 
- Knead for 12 min. Dough should not be sticky. Spray bowl with oil and cover with plastic. Let dough rise for two hours. 
- Meanwhile, Make topping and refrigerate. 
- Combine the Topping ingredients and mix by hand until you reach a play doh consistency 
- Traditionally there is a white, pink and brown variation. For pink - add natural red food coloring or strawberry drink powder. For Brown - add 1 Tbsp of chocolate powder. 
- When dough is finished rising - Line two cookie sheets with parchment 
- Divide dough into 8-10 pieces
- Form into flat balls, cover while you prepare the topping so they don’t dry out or rub softened butter on top.
- Divide topping into golf size balls, Form them into a circle with a tortilla press or pat with hands and place on each dough ball. About 1/8 of an inch thick. 
- Create shell design of choice with a small knife. The topping shouldn’t overlap on cookie sheet too far 
- Let rise for 45 min. 
- Preheat oven with a 9x13 filled with water at the bottom of the oven.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Enjoy with hot chocolate!
