Strawberry & White Chocolate Whoopie Pies

                      Ingredients
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- ½ cup water (hot)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Food Nanny Vanilla
- ¼ cup Sourdough Discard
- 2 ½ cups Kamut Flour
- 1 teaspoon french sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Valentine M&Ms
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (melted)
- 1 cup butter (soft)
- ⅓ cup strawberry jam
- 
3 – 4 cups powdered sugar

Directions
Directions for the whoopie pies:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Melt butter and water until fully melted and warm 
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together sugar, eggs, sourdough discard, vanilla, sea salt, baking soda and baking powder. Then add in the melted butter and hot water. Mix until smooth. 
- Add in the Kamut Flour and mix until smooth, soft dough forms. 
- Using a 2 Tablespoon cookie dough scoop, scoop cookie dough balls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment. On each cookie dough balls, press in desired amount of valentines M&Ms 
- Bake in a preheated oven for 6–8 minutes, allow to cool completely on a cooking rack. Then prepare White chocolate strawberry buttercream and ice cookies. 
Directions for the white chocolate strawberry buttercream:
- Cream soft butter and then add melted white chocolate and jam. Mix until smooth. Add powdered sugar until desired thickness is reached then sandwich buttercream between 2 cooled cookies. ENJOY!
